ProForce 3.0 Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: November 28, 2025
1. No Purchase Necessary
A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. The ProForce 3.0 Giveaway (âPromotionâ) is sponsored by Pro Watercraft LLC, 1675 Kiowa Ave, Suite 108, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403 (âSponsorâ). Participation constitutes entrantâs full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsorâs decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants outside the United States must comply with all local laws and regulations and are responsible for any customs duties or import requirements related to prize delivery. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Pro Watercraft LLC are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
1. Purchase Method: Receive one (1) entry for every $1 USD spent on eligible Pro Watercraft merchandise or products during the Promotion Period. Purchases must be made through www.prowatercraftracing.com. 2. Exclusion for High-Value Purchases: Purchases of a complete ProForce hull or any full ProForce watercraft (including hull packages, assemblies, or complete build kits) do not qualify for entry into this Giveaway. Only qualifying parts, accessories, and apparel purchases will earn entries. Sponsor may exclude any order that could disproportionately impact entry fairness. 3. No Purchase Necessary (Free Entry): To enter without making a purchase, visit www.prowatercraftracing.com/proforce-giveaway and complete the Free Entry Form provided. Each person is limited to one (1) free online entry during the Promotion Period. Free entries are entered into the same RafflePress system and drawing as purchase-based entries. Duplicate or fraudulent submissions will be void. All entries, both purchase and free, will be collected and managed through RafflePress, the third-party sweepstakes tracking and random drawing platform used by Sponsor. You will recieve your entries once your order has been marked complete, which means payment has been collected and the order has been shipped.
4. Giveaway Period
Begins Friday, November 28, 2025, at 12:00 AM MST and ends February 28, 2026, at 11:30 PM MST. All entries must be received during this period to be eligible.
5. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive a ProForce 3.0 personal watercraft hull hand-built by Pro Watercraft LLC, as featured in the ProForce 3.0 Build Challenge series. The hull is finished in black and equipped with the following Pro Watercraft performance components and accessories professionally installed by our team: Ride Plate, Black Halo Spray Guard, Hull Extensions, Front Bumpers, 1500 Engine Mount, Driveshaft, Pump Shoe, Hood, and Bracket Cover. A Manufacturerâs Certificate of Origin (MCO) will be provided to the winner for registration and ownership documentation. Engine not included. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $14,000 USD. The hull and included components are provided âas is.â Winner is responsible for pickup or shipping (including international freight or import duties, if applicable), installation of an engine and additional parts, and all applicable taxes or fees. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or substitution.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random on March 3, 2026, using RafflePressâs certified random draw system. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within that period will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner announcement is scheduled for March 5, 2026, on Pro Watercraft Racingâs website and official social media channels.
7. Verification
Winner eligibility will be verified through Photo ID or Passport to confirm identity, age, and country of residence prior to prize fulfillment. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information.
8. Publicity & Permissions
By participating, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and city/state or country of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation (except where prohibited by law). Winner is not required to appear in video content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Pro Watercraft LLC and its affiliates from any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or use of the prize. The ProForce 3.0 Hull is provided âas is", with no express or implied warranty. Winner assumes full responsibility for installation, operation, and safe use of the hull and any engine added after delivery.
10. Taxes
Winner must complete IRS Form W-9 (for U.S. winners) or applicable international tax documentation prior to receiving the prize. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099 for the fair market value of the prize to any U.S. winner. All taxes, import duties, and fees are the winnerâs responsibility.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen events compromise its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify entries associated with bulk or non-qualifying purchases, including ProForce hulls or complete ski packages, to ensure equal opportunity for all entrants This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited.
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Venue shall be Mohave County, Arizona.
